St. Paul Lutheran
Working closely with the owner and architect, Holdsworth Klimowski Construction (HKC) completed a design/build plan that brought this project within budget, at $1.8 million. In addition to the historic building renovations of the church and sanctuary, and the construction of a new 12,000 sq. ft. addition, HKC completed extensive site work including retention ponds, a soccer field, a bus loop, and parking.

The new 12,000 sq. ft. building incorporated a pre-engineered, metal building structure. A high-end, state-of-the-art mechanical system was installed to provide comfortable, year-round heating and cooling. The new structure was built connected to the existing school to create a new atrium and rest rooms facilities. All work included high-end finishes, wood wainscot, trim, and more.

At Holdsworth Klimowski, we have the experience to plan, manage, and successfully complete renovations to historic buildings. We know the importance of, and social responsibility to, projects of this architectural significance.
