Brighton Central School District
Working closely with the Brighton Central School District, Holdsworth Klimowski Construction (HKC) completed a major, $6.5 million, multi-phase construction project to upgrade the existing high school, add a new two-story classroom addition, and construct an Olympic size swimming pool.

HKC was responsible for completing every aspect of the renovation and new construction. This included site work, demolition of the existing swimming pool and its surrounding building, and coordination of ongoing school operations while construction was completed throughout the facility. The centerpiece of the project was the redesign and construction of a new Olympic-size swimming pool with surrounding exterior glass and custom-built steel bow trusses. The new pool was re-oriented 90-degrees vs. the position of the old pool, and installed with very high-end finishes and new lockers rooms.
