Administration
At HKC we administer every aspect of each project. Those activities include estimating, planning, work supervision, meeting legal and municipal requirements, payroll, and office administration. Managing these financial and legal responsibilities and maintaining proper insurance coverage protects the property owner from unnecessary liens and other liabilities.

Each on-site superintendent is fully supported by our project management and administrative staff. We often also assign a keyman to assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day on-site activities.
